Take a look at our 53mm x 300mm FinnFrame I-Joists, expertly installed to support the wide span and heavy load of the roof! These joists have been carefully calculated and specified by our structural engineer to ensure everything holds up perfectly.

At the rear of the building, we’ve secured the joists with Simpson Strong Tie Masonry Joist Hangers, providing rock-solid support. Meanwhile, at the front, the joists rest seamlessly on the timber wall plate, fastened firmly to the plate with interconnected timber studs.
