Our team is moving full steam ahead with the installation of the inner wall leaves! These walls are crafted from 4”x2” timber framing, securely screwed to the structural concrete slab below. Inside, we’re packing the frame with high-density Rockwool RW3 insulation for top-notch soundproofing and thermal performance.

For that extra layer of comfort, we’ve created a 50mm air cavity between the inner wall and the external concrete block wall – this acts as an acoustic isolation barrier, ensuring your space stays quiet and cozy.
