Soak Away Installation in Progress! 💧

We're putting in some serious sustainability with these Polystorm-R Modular Cell Crates, made with 90% recycled materials! These clever crates store rainwater runoff from the property, which is being funnelled through drainage pipes from the gutters and into the soak away.

Each unit is a solid 1m x 1m module with a compressive strength of 61 tonnes/m², and we’ve stacked 20 of them to create the perfect soaking system. The crates are buried a solid 500mm underground to keep things neat, and they’re wrapped in a Geotextile Highly Permeable Fabric, which allows water to filter through while keeping dirt and soil out.
