• Aligned it perfectly with the external Celotex insulation to prevent thermal bridging

• Created a 10–15mm perimeter gap around the frame

• Filled the void with high-density RW3 Rockwool for acoustic and thermal integrity

• Sealed internally and externally with FR Acoustic Mastic to maintain airtightness and soundproofing

The result? A seamless, high-performance seal that keeps heat in, noise out, and cold at bay — all year round.
